Syrah is a full-bodied dry red wine, barrel aged in American Oak for one year. Syrah is excellent with beef, game, and lamb dishes.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON: $14.95

A full-bodied dry red wine. Very fruity & toasty. Barrel aged for a full year. Excellent with a variety of meats and even chocolate desserts.

APPALACHIAN RED $10S.95

Appalachian Red is smooth dry red wine blended from cab and cynthiana. Appalachian Red

tastefully accompanies smoked salmon, spicy chicken, and pasta dishes.

TENNESSEE RED: $9.95

A medium sweet red aged in oak. Made from a Chambourcin blend.

CHEROKEE RED: $9.95

Medium sweet and made from Concord. Great with Italian dishes. Fruity like Lambrusco.

MOUNTAIN BLUSH: $9.95

A slightly sweet and fruity blend of French hybrids. Comparable to a white Zinfandel.

A sweet blend of Concord, Catawba, and other native American varieties.
